Mrs. Swapna Rose

Ms.Swapna Rose completed her MBA from Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management Studies (JKSHIM),Nitte in 2007.She has cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET), conducted by U.G.C. in the year 2012 .She has submitted her thesis in the area of HR in 2018 to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

Ms. Rose has both corporate and teaching experience .She was with Reliance Capital Bangalore working in the area of training and development. She has been in the academics for the past 9 years.

She has presented several papers in national and international conferences as well as published articles in international journals. She has published papers in HR, the most recent being on Talent Retention in UGC approved refereed international journal, with an impact factor (IBI):3:19.

Ms.Swapna has conducted various soft skills programmes in many institutes of repute. She has been the resource person for programmes on personality development.

She is currently involved with a Minor Research Project on Talent Retention.
