Prof. T. Ramesh Kamath

Prof. T. Ramesh Kamath is a retired senior executive (Asst General Manager) from Syndicate Bank, one of the reputed nationalized banks in the country. Out of 30 years of his banking service, for about 20 years he was associated with teaching, conducting training/managing the training for the entire work force of about 39,000 employees. Prof. Kamath also functioned as Principal of their Training Colleges for 3 years at Mysore and 5 Years at Delhi, as Personnel Manager at Corporate Office for about 9 years, in charge of HRD, IR & Training.

He retired as Asst General Manager and Principal in charge of their Apex training college for Executives at Manipal. He has also been associate Faculty at reputed business schools like Delhi University’s School of Management Studies, MDI Gurgoan, KIMS Dharwad, TAPMI Manipal & Mangalore University. Prior to joining the MBA department at AIMIT, he has served as the Dean of faculty of Business Management (BBM) at St. Aloysius College for 14 years. Prof. Kamath maintains keen interest in interdisciplinary areas such as banking, business law, labour law, organizational behaviour, leadership and other related areas of management.
