Mr. Rayan Joseph D’Souza

Mr Rayan D’Souza pursued his MBA in Information Systems from St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor under Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagaum. He joined the department on February 14, 2013. Since then he has been involved in teaching, mentoring, language training and career guiding.

He has presented several papers at national and international conferences. He has attended weeklong workshops on research and analytics at XLRI, Jamshedpur and Pondicherry University.He heads the Academia-Industry interaction program at AIMIT along with language training and personality development.

He is a visiting faculty for M.Sc (Corporate Psychology) at St Aloysius City Campus where he deals with Corporate Culture and Diversity and practicals in In basket training and Leaderless group discussions. He is the instructor for the Certificate program in CSR under the MSW Department at St Aloysius and has delivered guest lecture at Manipal School of Management on Customer Analytics.
