Dr. Teresa Nazareth

Dr Teresa Nazareth has completed her Master’s Degree from Bangalore University and M.Phil Degree specializing in HRM from Bangalore University. She also has an MBA Degree from Annamalai University specialized in HRM. She has earned her Doctorate in the area of Human Resource Management, topic being entitled “A study of Executive Burnout in selected profit and non- profit Organization in Karnataka”. She has a wide range of work experience in teaching over 22 years, both for under graduate and post graduate students in Commerce. She has also served as a Guest faculty for MBA twining program conducted by Pondicherry University for 2 years and for M.Com students of Bangalore University.

Dr Teresa Nazareth has successfully guided 2 M.Phil degree projects. She has presented several papers in International and National Level Conferences, Seminars, and workshops in Bangalore, Mangalore, and Chennai. She has to her credit being a member of many committees like, Member of Board of Studies, Governing Council Member, Administration Committee, Member of the Question Paper Setting, Admission Committee, and Chief Coordinator of Exams. She was actively participating in a Catholic Student Association as a Chief State Coordinator and has conducted many programs in the area of leadership.
