The internet and technological advances are significantly accelerating the amount of knowledge and information freely available. We now live in an increasingly globalized world, where events in one country affect another in real time.
The role of school principal, designed for the industrial age, needs to evolve to deal with the complex challenges that schools are facing in the 21st century. Expectations of parents and school management are changing.
This program is designed to enhance the skills of school principals to help them cope with this new challenging environment.
AICS is Association of ICSE and CBSE Schools in Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts. 60+ schools principals, represents over 57000 students and around 2750 teachers, putting their best foot forward to give the best to their students. Mrs. Joy J. Rai is the current President of AICS for the period of 2016 – 2018.
