Mr. C. G. Thomas

Mr. C. G. Thomas has completed his Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from Loyola College (Autonomous), Chennai. He has presented papers in State and National Level Technical Symposiums and Workshops. He has been the resource person for many workshops on Java EE Technologies, .NET Technologies, PHP & MySQL, and Mobile Application Development. He has also attended Faculty Development Programmes and Train the Trainer Workshops in various colleges on various technologies, namely Android, Hadoop, Web Technologies, Cloud computing, Business Intelligence etc.

He is heading the Special interest Group Mobile Computing and Applications guiding students on several consultancy projects in Mobile Application Development.

He has been invited as guest lecturer and also as a resource person for workshops in various colleges. He is a counsellor for BCA and MCA students at IGNOU. His areas of interest will include Mobile Application Development (Android & Windows Phone), Rich Internet Applications and .NET. He is the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Infosys Campus Connect, Microsoft Student Partnership and Computer Society of India – AIMIT for AIMIT, St. Aloysius College.
