Dr. Shine P. P.

Dr . Shine P Varkey serves the Bioinformatics department as adjunct faculty for various subjects under Bioinformatics. He had his Doctor degree from Mangalore University on Biosciences for the topic ‘ Study on the epitopes of White Spot Virus for vaccine development. He currently pursues post doctoral works on Computational Immunology, Antibody Research and Vaccinology areas.

He had his Masters in Biotechnology from Bangalore University in the year 2005 and served as post graduate lecturer for Bioinformatics since 2005. Additionally he handled course on Bioinformatics in the Mangalore University.
